In 2010 Cape Discovery Wines was formed by a pioneering Indonesian and Australian collaboration with the vision to improve people's wine experience in the archipelago. Just three hours south of Perth, Margaret River is one of Western Australia’s most renowned food and wine regions where the grapes are from.

Margaret River grown Chardonnay, hand crafted with minimal intervention
resulting in this delicious wine.
Delicate pale straw hues of color, with aromas of stone fruits, citrus and new oak followed by a well rounded finish on the palate. Partial malolactic fermentation and oak maturation have given this wine added complexity and roundness.

Margaret River grown 100% Chardonnay, hand crafted using the traditional Chamat method resulting in this delicious sparkling wine. 
Pale straw hues of color, with subtle aromas of citrus, white blossom and yeasty notes, followed by a lively fine bubble and zippy finish on the palate.

Margaret River grown 100% Shiraz, skin contacted for just a few hours before pressing resulting in this delicately colored and soft wine. 
Subtle aromas of strawberries, pink blossom and candy followed by a fresh and zingy finish on the palate.

Margaret River grown 100% Shiraz open fermented and hand plunged with minimal intervention resulting in this delicious wine. Deep purple in color, with aromas of smokey oak and charred fruits, with hints of violets and spicy pepper notes, followed by soft approachable tannin's and a mouth filling palate.

Cape Discovery - 2013 Cabernet Merlot

Margaret River grown Cabernet Sauvignon (55%) and Merlot (45%), open fermented and hand plunged with minimal intervention resulting in this delicious wine. 
Deep red purple in color, with vibrant blackcurrant and plum fruit aromas and hints of pencil shavings and vanilla oak, followed by well integrated tannin's and a mouth filling palate.
